A-Glamping We Will Go: 5th Annual National Crochet Month Blog Tour
Welcome to Crochetville’s fifth annual National Crochet Month (NatCroMo) blog tour, taking place each day of March 2017. Join us for a month of virtual glamping (aka glamorous camping), as we visit crochet designers, crochet-friendly local yarn stores, and yarn companies, as well as offer some fun giveaways.
Today’s Posts: Tanja Osswald | Akua Lezli Hope | Daily Giveaway
Want to Chat about the Tour?
Part of the fun of glamping is the daily round-up around the campfire, chatting and stitching with friends. We hope you’ll join us in our NatCroMo Facebook group, where we’ll be sharing daily camping recipes, campfire songs about crochet, and so much more! We’d also love to hear about your favorite things you’ve discovered on the tour and see photos of your current crochet projects. You’re invited to join us daily for virtual cocktails/appetizers and dinner. (We’ll be sharing links to some fabulous recipes!)

Thanks

F-a-b-u-l-o-u-s! Your arch 1st celebratory Crochet Q&A book giveaway, plus all the other daily giveaways for March 2017 are wonderful fun. Each designer spotlight so far is interesting and very informative. Thank you!
Love the blog tour!
Looking forward to all the lovely things to come.
I have been wanted this book for awhile. Thank you for hosting this giveaway.
I’d love to win this great resource book! ??
Thank you for the chance to win this book!
I think this book subject was a great idea,,,as many times you just need someone else to explain a technique a different way in order to understand it, some video tutorials are great but others go way too fast and their hands are in the way or they don’t hold the yarn/thread like you do, so it’s awhile before you can figure out what to do. You spend as much time trying to find an explanation/learning tool as you do trying to get the stitch or technique downpat.
Good luck everyone, what a great book this would be to have by your side
This sounds like a very useful book. I like the idea of having a book rather than having to hunt around on the internet for information.
This looks like a great book. Thanks for the chance to win!!!
I’ve been enjoying the tour (this is the 3rd year I’ve followed), and it’s always an inspiration for ideas on what to crochet next!
Sounds like a “must have” book”, I hope to get it…
Thank you for that chance,
Malca
The NatCroMo Blog Tour is so awesome, Amy!! Thanks for all the hard work you put in for all of us!!
So excited to know about National Crochet Month this. Still being new to crochet (I’ve used all the fantastic Youtube vids, Ravelry Information, and beginner books in the last 2 years and have progressed rapidly); I’m enamored with learning about pattern designers, writers, dyers and more. This website offers such a fantastic look into that world because you do so often get stuck on designers you know. Thank God I saw the info for NatCroMo posted on Instagram….gotta love social media!
I’m so sorry for that blatant typo! That should have read, “I’m so excited to know about National Crochet Month. This is such an awesome idea!” My keyboard had a mind of it’s own.
I was just starting to learn about all the crochet info on the web when my daughter invited me to come to the shop she sometimes works in (Nature’s Yarns) in Fairfax, VA for a workshop with Edie Eckman. At the time I had a conflict and did not go. I didn’t even realize what a special opportunity it was. Since then I’ve found several of Edie’s books in the library.
..Looks like a great book! Thanks for a chance at winning it!
Loving this blog tour/crochet month bonanza.
The Crochet Answer Book seems like an excellent addition to any crocheter’s library.
What an interesting book! Thank you for the give away! I look forward to this blog tour every year!
How I love Edie’s publications! She is so creative and knowledgeable. Loving National Crochet Month, too.
