You’ve arrived at the annual NatCroMo Designer Blog Tour 2022! It’s a virtual celebration of National Crochet Month with new blog content daily throughout March, including featured crochet designers, pattern showcases, free patterns, coupons, discounts, giveaways, and more. This year’s theme is Pawprints on Our Hearts, so we’ll talk about our pets – furry, feathered, and scaly!
Some of the links on this page will earn us a commission if you make a purchase through them. View our disclosure policy for details.

Today’s featured designer on our NatCroMo Designer Blog Tour 2022 is Ashley Parker of The Loopy Lamb. In addition to showcasing some of her crochet patterns, for our theme Pawprints on Our Hearts, she shares a photo of her cat named Bacon (and she also has a dog named Biscuit).
We appreciate our NatCroMo designers so much! They’ve so graciously shared their time (and often a special goodie) with us, let’s show them some love! Some ways to do that are to like, follow, and shop! ❤️

Amigurumi Advent Calendar Crochet Along
Pattern name: Amigurumi Advent Calendar Crochet Along
Get the pattern: https://theloopylamb.com/2022/01/07/amigurumi-advent-calendar-crochet-along/
About the pattern: I’m hosting a year-long amigurumi crochet along that is a lot of fun. From January through November, we are crocheting a doll and then crocheting enough clothes, toys and accessories for the doll to fill a DIY advent calendar (that I also show you how to make). We will be finished with the crochet along in time for for the advent calendars to be gifted to children to enjoy starting December 1st. Each part of the pattern is available as both the free written pattern as well as a step-by-step video tutorial.

Design Showcase:
Pawitively Cozy Crochet Cat Bed
Pattern name: Pawitively Cozy Crochet Cat Bed
Get the pattern: https://theloopylamb.com/2021/08/20/pawsitively-cozy-crochet-cat-bed-pattern/
About the pattern: My daugther is OB-SESSED with our cat and she kept begging me to make her bed for our cat. I decided I wanted to crochet one and came up with the Pawsitively Cozy Cat Bed. It’s made with faux fur yarn (for maximum coziness) and is surprisingly simple to make. Your cat (or small dog) will love you for it and people will be shocked when you tell them that you crocheted it.
