Pin loom weaving is all the rage now! Learn how to weave a 4″ plain square plus up to 4 different textured squares as well as several different techniques for weaving them together. Each square takes only 8 yards of yarn and 20 minutes or less to create, making pin loom weaving a great way to use up all your yarn scraps. Squares can be stitched together to create scarves, shawls, ponchos, and many other garments. Use a single square as a drink coaster or sew two together to make a pincushion or sachet. The possibilities are endless!
Looms will be provided and will be available for purchase after class. You may also bring your own Zoom Loom, Hazel Rose, Weave-It, or Weavette loom. Class instruction is designed for the construction of these particular looms.
Students will receive a 12-page, full-color instructional booklet to take home with them.
Please Bring to Class: Small amounts of smooth yarn in heavy fingering to DK weight, scissors.
