This crochet bag is tiny, but we thought it was so cute! It doesn’t have space for your crochet work-in-progress, but it could be a good addition to other crochet bags and storage. And if you have some small skeins of delicate yarn, it will definitely keep it safe from getting tangled up with your other crochet stuff.
Bag:
- 3 compartments that will each fit a small skein of yarn (the Lion Brand Summer Nights fits perfectly!)
- 1 clear snap pocket with 4 slots for crochet hooks (please note that the slots aren’t wide enough for a very large-handled hook such as Furls hooks)
- 1 clear zippered pocket for various crochet notions
- Fastens with a magnetic snap closure
- Small, flat carry handle on the top

I do have a favorite bag for medium size projects, it’s like a messenger bag with lots if the right pockets. This bag is great for small projects, I love it!!
I use cosmetic bags to help organize crochet and knitting supplies- things like gauge tool, stitch markers, etc. I use round pencil cases for various types of crochet hooks, lighted hooks, wood hooks, handmade books, plastic hooks and metal hooks. I use plastic bins to storecyarn by type and smsll boxes or egg crates to store small balls of yarn.
I have found that one can never have too many bags! I try to select bags to hold my WIPs in either color-coded or design-coded, bags. For example I have a bag with a brightly colored design on it and I use it for a project that is brightly multi-colored. I have another with a Klimt Adele print for which a have a Klimt-inspired project, etc. This bag and the 3 yarn skeins are beautiful.
