Welcome to Crochetville’s fourth annual National Crochet Month (NatCroMo) blog tour, taking place each day of March 2016. Join us as we take a virtual tour on our passenger steam train, The Crochet Express, visiting crochet designers, crochet-friendly local yarn stores, and yarn companies, and offer some fun giveaways.

Want to Chat about the Tour?

Part of the fun of taking a passenger steam train trip is talking with your fellow passengers. This year, we’re providing two locations where our passengers can get to know each other. We’d love to hear about your favorite things you’ve discovered on the tour and see photos of your current crochet projects. You’re invited to join us daily for virtual cocktails/appetizers and dinner. (We’ll be sharing links to some fabulous recipes!)

  1. If I was to win, I would choose the patterns: Flower Heart DΓ©cor, Mary Jane Slippers with 3D flower, Cowl Loop Scarf with button strap, Leaves Snood and the Sunkissed Shawl. Thanks for a chance at winning. πŸ™‚

  2. I hope I can participate in the giveaway.
there are so many lovely patterns, it’s hard to choose, but I do like the asymmetrical shawls, such as Lace Diagonals, DiagonalY triangle, and even the Chevron fingerless gloves are so very nice!

  3. I would choose just about any of the shawls here. If you put a shawl on you can look very polished when wearing jeans and a tee shirt.

  4. It would be tough to get it down to five but I would start with the Very Winter Cardigan and the Flower Heart Wall

  5. Lots of great patterns, some of my favorites are Flower heart wall decor, the basket, the button cowls and I like a lot of the hats.

  6. Am eyeing the Cabled Hood & Loop Circle Scarf right now as we are going back into winter again for the next few weeks and I am sick with the flu πŸ™

I love your very winter patterns as well as many of the shawls. And I have enough yarn to make most of them right away too LOL a house that’s more like a YS

  7. Sooo many pretty designs. I think my choices would includ the Flow Jacket, The Cool Summer Tunic, Very Winter Cardigan and of course some pretty shawls.

  8. I like the Flower Motif Loop Scarf, Sun kissed Shawl, Flow poncho, Unforgettable shawl, and Diamond Triangle Shawl! Many beautiful designs!

  9. I would be inclined to pick out scarves and hats. Love hats all styles. Wrist warmers and can’t forget boot cuffs. So many things to try.

  10. I would have to put in more time to decide, but it would probably be scarves and shawls, including Flower Motif Loop Scarf and Sunkissed shawl.

  11. Hard, hard choices. Possibly the Granny triangle cowl loop scarf, Block loop circle scarf, Long bulky cable fingerless mittens, Everyday chevron fingerless mitten, and Very Winter hooded cardigan. Possibly…

  12. Such wonderful patterns to choose from!! The patterns I would pick would be the Flow Poncho, All Seasons Loop Scarf, Lace Diagonals Shawl, Fairy Triangle Lace Shawl and the Cable Hood&Loop Circle Scarf.

  13. It is so hard to decide with 146 patterns to choose from on Ravelry! The heart earrings, the lace diagonal shawl and the chevron fingerless gloves are calling to me.

  14. I would choose Lace Diagonals Shawl, Triangle Ruffles Scarf, Baby Girl Barefoot Sandals, Owl Chevron Zig Zag Toy Pillow and Long Knit-Look Scarf.

  15. I would get the heart sweater, the very winter cardigan, the spring summer top tunic, the flow jacket and the cool summer tunic top

  16. It’s so hard to limit myself to 5 possibilities! But I think I would choose: 1) the Long Lace Fingerless Mittens/Arm Warmers; 2) the Diamond Flower Shawl; 3) the Leaves Snood; 4) the Silver Waves loop scarf/shrug; and 5) the Fairy Triangle Lace Shawl.

  17. Thank you for the lovely giveaway. I really like the shrug cardigan, the cabled winter bag and some of the lacy shawl patterns. They all look really nice so it’s hard to decide!

  18. Heart sweater, Very Winter hooded cardigan, Very Winter cardigan, Flow poncho/Jacket/top, Leaves snood… very hard decisions lol πŸ˜€
